Tarian Caelis

Soft-spoken and gentle, he runs the Stone & Bone inn and brothel.

He is part of the formerly elvish Caelis Family

He provides food, shelter and pay to homeless men and women if they are willing to work. Those he deems that will be attractive to customers are given a strict diet and exercise regiment to get them into shape. Others are employed as cooks, cleaners, gardeners, servers, etc.
